The Gum Incident

A few days ago while cruising down the street in nav (our van) I put my shoes in gum. I don't know how the gum ended up on the bottom of our car floor. It ended up on both shoes. Well today at work I wore those shoes. I was working on the ground with crafts when I got up and realized my shoe was attached to my pants right on the rear end. I wasn't to happy about this. I had to peel off gum off my rear, yuck. Hopefully I got it all off quick so no one noticed. I never cease to amaze myself and all these things that happen to me. Stay tuned for my next adventure.

One of THOSE days..

Do you ever have those days where you just have the most random things happen to you?

Well my friends, today was that day. Where I work they have all sorts of farm animals. While working on one of the houses garage today (two houses in the program I work for) I had to run something to a shed. As I was walking over there and thinking to myself how I am amazing I rarely mess up at work (that I know of). As I get closer to this shed I see the crowd of Roosters. I think to myself about how they are all right there I hope they don't attack me. ( I think that was a dangerous thought) As I open the door I realize they are all running for me. I hurried and ran inside to shut the door, not because I was scared, I did this because I didn't want to try to get them out of the big shed. Well I opened the door and it seemed they all were waiting for me. Knowing I wouldn't be too long. As I walked out telling myself you are fine they won't attack you. Guess what happens. They come after me, one in particular. He was on higher grounds and once I got in front of him he jumped at me and attacked me. I screamed (quietly I hope) and just kept on walking as this rooster is attacking he finally left me alone. I was a little shaken after. But laughing hysterically when I reached Crystal (who is my boss). These roosters rarely attack only once before, bigger man, they say its because he is a threat. So you can only imagine her reaction when I told her. She laughed really hard, but I think she knew I was a little scared. Lets just say whenever I saw the roosters I kind of hid. but shhh..don't tell any one.

Story #2: at work

I was plugging in all the fans and Vacuums seeing which ones worked and which ones we needed to get rid of. I was doing really well. And lets remember my comment earlier I rarely mess up. I was having fun with the fans kind of fun to get the fan going while the wind is going. Then I was on to Vacuums 3rd vacuum...lets just say someone didn't turn it off last time they used it. So what do I do? I plug it in and it makes a weird noise. I unplug it and turn it off and go plug it back in. Well I realized that the plug part some of it was missing and it just happened to be in the socket. Yikes. Luckily it didn't effect the freezer that was plugged into the same socket but I don't think anyone wants to remove that part out of the socket.

Story #3 : at work

I screamed a few times and ran due to spiders...

Later I went to tutoring at the MTC for Japanese lessons. What did I ask for her to teach me?

Brown Eyes

Lately I've been thinking about the color of my eyes. I look at pictures on facebook or look at my family members and see blue or green eyes. A lot of people comment on blue or green eyes. You don't hear much about brown eyes. When I hear people talk about brown eyes I hear; muddy, dark & lost. Well I think if you look into someones brown eyes you will see they are not dark and lost. I think brown eyes are beautiful. I am not just telling you this because I have brown eyes, I really do think they are beautiful. I've seen a lot of shade of brown eyes. Mine are a bit darker than others but I think that is something that defines me. I like that I have dark hair, dark eyes and light skin. I do think blue and green eyes are adorable I love them! But there is no need to not like brown eyes. :) Especially when there are so many songs to do with Brown eyes. If you go to youtube.com and type in brown eyes lots of different songs come up. Life..

Not much is happening in my life at the moment. Just working and working on my online classes. This last week we babysat 2 of my nieces and Eleanor (Cameron and Sierra's dog). Its been eventful. Once a month on a Sunday our whole family comes over. Yesterday it was a bit smaller with numbers, people out of town or other side dinners. Luckily McKenzie showed up with her family. We had so much fun. Well I can't speak for them. We made log cabins out of Lincoln logs, started Pollyanna (keyword...started), and played perfection. Earlier in the week due to Spring Break for my nieces and nephews I got invited to go see the movie 'Train your Dragon'. Very good. Sorry for my rambling..I just want to remember all the fun I had this week. With my cute nieces and nephews!! :) I have a great family! Here are some pictures.

Dear Snow,

I do not like that you are still here.

Suppose to be warm and bright.

I just want to wear my shorts and short sleeves.

I don't like the cold you bring.
