This Last Year!

This year has been one of the most eventful years of my life. Seriously, so much change. All good of course but I won't lie there were nights I would go to bed with a few tears to shed. I have met the most incredible people this year. Lets just name some events that happened this year. ;)

January
-Parents going through interviews with General Authorities. (only Whitney, Cydne, Brayden, and I knew)

February
-Most eventful thing that will change my life forever, Parents being called on a mission to Nagoya Japan.
...
March
-Started working at Extended Family Inc. Where Micah's mother gave me a job. Where I got to know her and the rest of his family well. (I didn't know them before Micah went on his mission) and I am so glad I did. I think Terie (my mother-in-law) is one incredible lady. Micah comes from one awesome family.
-I started lessons in Japanese at the MTC with my mom and Whitney. Where we had an awesome Tutor Sister Palmer.
-Almost got in a car accident due to a bed mattress on the freeway.
-Had a man at walmart scare me half to death...I think he was trying to hit on me.

April
-I got attacked by a Rooster and learned how to say "I hate Roosters" in Japanese. "Watashi wa ondori ga dai kirai desu"
-Almost got electrocuted

May
-Family Pictures
-and everything that was needed was shipped to Japan or put into storage.
...
June
-My parents spoke...On my Birthday. Celebrated it Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
-Took break off work and went to JAPAN!

July
-Ate dinner & lunch with Asian Area Authorities in Tokyo
-Went to the Mission Home.
-Got to live in Japan with Rainy season
-Had to opportunity to speak and do a presentation of my family with Whitney, in 4 different Zone Conferences.
-Adventured to the aquarium & "Cat's Cafe" with a ward member
-Saw Nagoya castle
-Experienced the Japanese Sport of Sumo Wrestling (who knew it would be so entertaining)
-Went with the sisters to go tracking
-Invited to the Summer Fest
- Met amazing people, Ryoko, Megumi, Megumi (yes there were 2), Yui, and the hombu elders (mission home elders)
-Experienced sweat rags...

August
-Spent time with the Tuellers in Kyoto (is in Whit's Mission)
-Was gifted a Ukata (a summer kimono) Thank you so much!
-Experienced the Craziness of Transfers.
-Saw Japan from floor 46 (WAY HIGH)
-Had an opportunity to see Airi and Yuna Sakuma in their homeland and take some awesome Puri's
-Saw Nagano where the Olympics were held
-Went to a Monkey Park, where one seemed to almost attack my dad (President Baird)
-Went back to work
-Micah Wiederhold (my HUSBAND) returned from his mission and surprised me at work.

September
-Micah Wiederhold Proposed and I said "YES, OF COURSE"
-Whitney Rebecca Baird recieved her Mission call to Kobe Japan.

October
-Dressed up with Micah, Brayden and Oreo to go Bowling. (cyd stole part of my costume to fit in)
-Beauty and the Beast came out on DVD!
-Halloween, Waldo and Wenda
-Micah purchased a Bunny named toothless
...
November
-Thanksgiving, my extended family and Micah's Family
-Mother and father asking us to get rid of Toothless
...
December
-Finally did what my parents asked and sold the Bunny to Micah's Family
-Took Engagements

-My mom came for 2 weeks (wedding), had the opportunity to have her stay with me.
-Had the opportunity to go through the Temple with all my favorite people.
-Sister Lindsay announced 3rd Baby
-Had a wonderful Wedding day!!
-Inherited an AMAZING HUSBAND!
-Went to Cancun for 9 days, with an ear infection and Micah with food poisoning! But it was a BLAST!

New Years are great, a new beginning. I am so glad my new beginning can start with my Husband Micah Leroy Wiederhold. And my family and his! 'Tis the new year! I hope you all have a better one than last year! Love you!
